Behavior analysts spend countless hours creating materials, refining systems, and searching for quality resources. Time that could be spent with clients, supervising, or maintaining balance. We created this platform to provide thoughtfully designed, field-tested resources made by BCBAs, for BCBAs, so you can spend less time reinventing the wheel and more time delivering meaningful, ethical, and effective services.

I began my journey in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2014 at the New England Center for Children, where I developed a deep appreciation for high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care. I earned my M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2017, and later completed my doctorate in behavior analysis there in 2020. During that time, I also had the privilege of working in the behavioral health department at Nemours Children's Hospital. I currently own a clinical behavior analysis company, Atlantic Coast ABA, and have the pleasure of working with the greatest group of BCBA’s and RBT’s. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how much time and heart behavior analysts pour into creating materials, refining systems, and ensuring the very best outcomes for the families they serve. I’ve also experienced the late nights and the “there has to be a better way” moments that so many of us share. This resource platform was created from that shared experience, a space built by BCBAs, for BCBAs. My hope is to make your work a little lighter by providing thoughtfully designed, field-informed tools that you can trust. When we support each other and share what works, our entire field grows stronger. At the heart of everything I do is a passion for disseminating the science of ABA in ways that are practical, ethical, and meaningful not just for our clients, but for the clinicians doing the work every day. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, reading, running, and taking trips to the beach!

With over 15 years of experience in education and applied behavior analysis, she helps educators understand why behavior happens so they can create more effective, positive classroom environments. Ashley began her career teaching in elementary classrooms before pursuing her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. As an entrepreneur and mom of two, she often says time is her most valuable currency, a perspective shaped by balancing the demands of family, business, and meaningful work in education. That belief is one of the reasons she helped create BARC, a marketplace where behavior analysts can quickly access high-quality resources created by other professionals, saving time while improving the support they provide to clients.

These are the fees BARC collects when a customer purchases a download from your shop. Transaction fees are only collected once your item sells.
Marketing is the most important part of selling your downloadable goods. The most important part of marketing your listing is making sure that views will convert into sales. Follow these quick tips on how to make sure your products stand out. 1) Make sure the title of your listing is clear and concise. 2) Describe your item accurately and what it is targeted towards. 3) Use clear product photos. 4) Price competitively but fairly. 5) Market your new download on other personal social media accounts you own
As an independent vendor, YOU set your own prices. When setting your prices, think of the following factors; is the resource customizable? How many pages or how big is your resource? How much content are you offering? How many potential uses does your resource have? Does the resource offer multiple kinds of activities, or is it otherwise flexible? Could this resource be used multiple times, or just once? Will the resource serve multiple ability levels? How long did it take you to create this resource? Also, look around BARC for similar resources. Is your resource more or less complex and customizable? Price accordingly from there!
Any sensitive information used on the BARC website is encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. BARC follows industry standards to protect payment and personal information submitted to us. For further information, see the Website Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use sections located in the footer.
When users sign up on BARC, they agree to our terms and conditions (Link HERE). Based on this agreement, legally others are not allowed to copy, reproduce, redistribute, duplicate, or share, resources. However, there are a few things we recommend doing as extra precautions.
· Adding a watermark to your resources may discourage people from copying the resource.
· Some sellers also include a page with their resources stating that they my not be resold, distributed, or duplicated without the consent of the seller.
· In BARC, you have an option to limit the number of times the buyer clicks and downloads your resource. When they purchase a resource, they will receive a link in their email.
· There is also an option to adjust how long the resource is available to download. We have ours set to 1 year so that email link with the resource will be available or work for 1 year after purchase. You can set this to whatever amount of time you want.
We hope these tips help. If you have any further questions while setting up your shop and resources, feel free to reach out to us.
This is the minimum amount that needs to be in vendor account before you can transfer it to your bank account. The minimum amount of funds you need before transfer is $5.00
When you’re ready to transfer funds into your personal account, navigate to your vendor dashboard and click “Withdraw.” Then click “Request withdraw.” Once approved, the funds will be transferred to your personal account.
BARC vendors make 55% commission off a sale. So, for example, if you sell an item listed for $15.00 you profit $8.25.
