This Spreadsheet is the best and easier way to track and monitor progress for the Optum ABA Agency Audit.  All the information was directly obtained from the original Optum provided tools but organized in a  much friendlier way in a dynamic spreadsheet!  Items that are allowed to be reported as N/A have that option.  The ones that are either a “YES” or “NO” only have those options so no room for confusion.  It has space for comments that is useful to note items in progress or if you are collaborating with a team on the process. The pie charts provide you with a visual overview of the progress status so no need to constantly look at your checked items.
