It includes detailed directions for inputing your fieldwork hours as well as automatic color coding to alert you to possible issues along the way.

Important note: Do not alter this form by deleting columns or rows this will affect the formulas and likely provide you with an incorrect calculation. If you need to adjust information already entered into the cell you can select the cell and then press delete. Areas that auto populate data are protected and you will not be allowed to enter info into those columns.
Step 1: Begin by entering in your supervisors information under the BASIC INFO tab. This information is linked to other tabs and will fill in automatically into the drop down menu.
Step 2: Once you have secured a BCBA supervisor and have a contract signed begin to log your daily fieldwork time in the FIELDWORK TRACKER tab (see example image below). You must enter data into each column manually. This data will be pulled and automatically calculated in the DATA ANALYSIS tab.
Step 3: Upon completing each month of supervision enter the Month and Year in the DATA ANALYSIS tab to help analyze and validate your Fieldwork data. The information in this tab is for guidance only and is not meant to replace any of the BACBs forms or handbook information. You must still complete the MVF and FVF in order to comply with the BACB standards.
