In the raw data section you will be able to select from a “Yes/No” dropdown list according to the following criteria: Date, Time, Location, Who Was Present, Client Status Subjective, Client Status Subjective Reasoning, Client Health and Safety Issues, Treatments Implemented, Behavior Strategies Implemented, Programs Listed, Programs Listed Match Session Length, Decel Behavior Listed, Strategies for Decel Behaviors Listed.
Excel file is editable and can be customized to fit your companies needs.
