SOAP Note Training PowerPoint (for RBT’s)

A 26 slide powerpoint on SOAP notes. The training is geared towards RBT’s and includes information on: what SOAP notes are and what they are used for, pictures of what to expect when using SOAP notes, examples and non-examples of how to fill out each section. The training is geared towards companies that use Catalyst SOAP notes as example pictures come from Catalyst. However, the training can be modified to fit your specific SOAP note platform.

NOTE:
-Powerpoint and training are geared towards companies that use Catalyst
-Mentioned above, the training is geared towards RBT’s and does not go over how to write program modification or caregiver training notes
-This training should only be used as a START of training and continuous monitoring of employee SOAP notes is necessary
-All SOAP notes need to meet insurance requirements. Some insurance companies require additional sections/information that are not included in this training. Please train all staff on how to fill out SOAP notes in accordance with specific insurance requirements
