Substitute Reward Tickets – Harry Potter Theme

Do you have an awesome classroom management system, but somehow you still get reports from the substitute teacher about problem behavior?

Just like you leave lessons for your substitute, you should also be leaving behavior tips related specifically to your classroom. It may also help to leave a few extra incentives for them to use. If you’re not thrilled about them having access to your treasure box, desk pets, etc., try leaving SUBSTITUTE REWARD TICKETS!

Set a clear expectation for your substitute that students can earn substitute reward tickets for specific behaviors or on-task work. You can vary the reward and individualize it based on your classroom and your students.
